HANSTAR is pleased to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive facility renovation project, designed to further enhance production quality, precision control, and operational standards across all departments.
As part of this upgrade, the entire workshop has been renovated to ensure a fully temperature-controlled environment covering all CNC machining centers, turning machines, and the coordinate measuring (CMM) inspection area. By maintaining stable ambient conditions, HANSTAR effectively minimizes thermal variation during both machining and measurement processes, thereby ensuring consistent high precision and reliable dimensional accuracy.
In addition to the production areas, office spaces have also been upgraded to create a more efficient and well-structured working environment. Each functional area within the facility has been clearly defined and organized according to high operational standards, improving workflow coordination and overall productivity.
The upgraded facility strictly follows the principles of 5S methodology, ensuring cleanliness, order, and discipline throughout the production process. This systematic approach supports high-quality manufacturing and reinforces HANSTAR’s commitment to delivering superior precision components.
